CP 91 or CP 298 Final Notice Before Levy on Social Security Benefits


The CP 91 or CP 298 letter notifies you that the IRS intends to issue a Levy against 15 percent of your social security benefits as a result of unpaid taxes. CP 2000 Notice Proposing Changes to the Taxpayers Return


This notice is sent to taxpayers when the IRS receives information from employers or other entities that doesn’t match what was reported by the taxpayer on their return.
